I know that many of you out there get discouraged if the scale doesn't move for awhile. I've found that since being on SBD, I've lost more inches than I have pounds. I've been on SBD for 3 months now and have lost 15 pounds, but the kicker is that I've lost lots and lots of inches around my stomach, hips, and thighs. And this is with virtually no working out! (I'm taking graduate classes and working full time, so I don't have time to work out these days!) I've dropped two sizes in just this past month alone. I know the weight will come off in time, and I'm willing to wait. Especially as long as the tape measure keeps moving and my clothes keep getting looser and looser!

Congrats :)
Just remember tha tno one sees that number on the scale but you. Everyone can see those tiny little jeans you'll be able to squeeze into.
The higher lean weight also means less cellulite, higher metabolism and so on. Throw that scale out the window and keeo the tape measure :)
