Hello!
I am new to the south beach diet, I just switched over from doing Atkiens and am looking forward to a healthy new diet. I have a question about High Fiber Crackers. I was a little disapointed to hear that crackers were not allowed on SB but was hopefull that Ryvita crackers were not included in that ban. They are made with whole rye flour, oat bran, salt and yeast. They have 29 g of carbs in 4 crackers and 6.5 g of fiber with only 1 g of fat. Would it still be ok for me to eat them??
