Hello,

My husband's greatgrandparents came to America from Lithuania. His grandmother used to sing a nursery rhyme to my daughters "Vida Vida Gooshda" spelling may be off. She said it was close to "The three little pigs" if I am not mistaken. It never occurred to me to learn it. She had some strokes a few years back and now I would love to sing that for her when I go to visit her in June.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Sandy

Hi, there,
well maybe too late, but I've found you :)
I live in Lithuania, and of course speak it.
Seems that you'd visited us here.
So, how did you like it? How's our food? (we call orselves the potatoe country, good that I don't like them)
And it's pretty tough with low-carb food, but as we eat ALL natural stuff, we're doing fine.
Hope you too.
Greta

I came to visit sumply because I once dated a guy whose heritage was Lithuanian. He was a great guy and I just wanted to represent. Hope you find the story.
