1 Jar Amy's Pasta Sauce Pomodoro Zucca style
2 cans Chicken Broth
2 low carb tortillas
shredded monterey jack cheese
Avocado chunks
Combine the sauce & broth in a sauce pan & heat.
Cut the tortillas into long strips. Fry strips in hot oil until crunchy. Drain.
To serve, ladle soup into bowls. Garnish w/tortilla strips, cheese & avocado.
