Anyone have any good snack ideas? i need some new ones, I have to mix it up so i dont get bored (and im some what picky :) ). I would appreciate any suggestions!!!!

So far I have been having/making:

No sugar added fudge pops (can't find the sugar free)
Sugar free popsicles
Fat free/Sugar free (made with 1% milk) chocolate pudding

Also... Does anyone agree with me that those Carb Solutions ice creams and ect are really not that great.. they seem to be full of sugar, fat or both!

I am not into sweets, so maybe my snacks don't qualify.
The only sweets I have is an occasional Hershey chocolate "1 carb" small bar (with some ...ol though), or rarely I make jello.

Oh, and fat-free no sugar added Dannon plain yoghurt with a spritz of artificial liquid sugar and cinnamon - you might try that.

My most common snacks are:
- standard string cheese
- celery with cheese
- veggie quiche that the book has as breakfast - I nearly only have it as snack -
- olives,
- from the olive bar in the store, a mix of sun-dried tomato, olives, artichokes and the small round italian cheese in olive oil.
- An apple!
- carrots and humus (not very low carb but allowed in phase 2)
- LC chips and low fat sour creme or salsa dip

I have a problem maybe someone out there can help :) I am trying to decide if I should go back on atkins ( did it in the 90's) or go on SB I think SB has a better selection of foods but I am a snack person and the good low carb bars out there and ice creams are great I know I won't give them up completely
I sort of stay relatively low carb and low to no sugar as I feel better on it but I do eat a sweet potato or stone ground ww bread ( also cheeters bagels etc) sometimes so I feel in between a rock and a hard place I am on both plans I fear and I don't think it works that way

Anyone know how much fat is allowed on SB? Most thinks on atkins are full of fat and creams as I am sure most of the people on these boards know

Any suggestions on mixing the two and coming out successful this way??

I like pickle and cheese stacks dipped into mustard, carb countdown yogurt, whole wheat pitas stuffed with hummus and cucumbers, melons, strawberries or apples diced and mixed with cottage cheese and walnuts(I use cinnamon if doing apples), Almonds, apples dipped in peanut butter, soymilk smoothies (1 cup soymilk, 4 oz vanilla sugarfree LC yogurt, 1/2 cup blueberries or strawberries, 4 ice cubes blended in a blender if I have extra calories to spare I add a TBL of lowfat cream cheese), peanut butter toast. Those are my usual type snacks.
