Im told my stall may be frankenfoods? Help, Im new what is this?

This term "Frankenfoods" is of course related to Frankenstein whose monster was "put together" from spare parts.

So it can mean:
-LC substitute foods like meal replacement bars, candy bars, even shakes, bake mixes, LC ice creams, breads, cookies, cereals and all the rest. They often have sugar alcohols and their carb counts can be 'suspect'.

For me, it can also mean the highly processed foods that I used to eat - those things that are full of high fructose corn syrup (HFCS), corn syrup solids and all the disguise names for sugar that are in 'low fat' foods. They also have trans fats and other yucky things. Anything except what's on the Induction List and other foods that are not 'put together' but grown.
