This goes good as a side to roast beef or roast pork. Very quick to make so leave it to the last.

You need:
A head of broccoli cut up
3 tbsp of olive oil
lite soya sauce
2 large cloves of garlic -thinly sliced

Steam the broccoli until almost cooked, but still firm. Drain and tranfer to serving dish. Spread lite soya sauce over the broccoli, making sure you don't add too much. In frying pan heat olive oil and saute the garlic until golden brown. Spoon garlic ontop of broccoli and then poor hot olive oil over the broccoli. This cooks the broccoli all the way. Serve immediately.
