According to the book and good carbs guide he says whipped topping in a container( sool chip) is ok, but pasturized is not. Why is this when the container stuff has hydroginated fats as well as the second ingredient being corn syrup?

oh cool whip is REAL bad for you, it has hydrogenated oils in it :eek:

I must have missed that part in the book....I don't remember seeing that.

If you can, stay away from cool whip....
