sorry but I have to dissagree here. "most mexican restraunts do this for the cost factor"? I think NOT! If they did, they wouldn't be getting my recommendation or service! Who is REALLY going to believe they are eating an avacado and not asparagus? Unless you have absolutely no tastebuds whatsoever. Obviously whoever came up with that recipe and thought they were fooling people was NOT from the southwest of the US. The only other thing I can say is... make a run for the border, please! LOL
