I've found the first lc product I actually like!
While shopping in my local sam's club this last friday, I found lc frozen pizza...Micheal Angelo's...the crust is made with vital wheat gluten and soy flour...11 gr carbs per half pizza...a whole pizza is about 8" in diameter...the only kind they had was sausage/pepperoni...It's great! It has a self rising crust, two kinds of cheese...I think the fat gr were around 4 per serving...sugar < 1 gr per serving...
I had one( a whole one) on Saturday with no adverse affect so far...it tastes great...I've never liked frozen pizza but this tastes like something from a pizzaria...either that or it's been so long since I had pizza that cardboard with sauce and cheese would taste good to me...
If anyone has any bad info about this pizza I would love to hear it...otherwise I'm going to have pizza now and then.
