My best friend just started SBD ~2+ weeks ago and it's her birthday in early April. I really want to support her, but I don't know enough about her (your!) plan to bake for her yet.

I know she's done with her initial phase, and I want to make her a cake. Can anyone either point me towards a recipe or post one here? I'd appreciate it so much ...

Other than that, I'd suggest maybe doing a search on cake recipes for diabetics? Or how about a flourless chocolate cake? You should be able to swap out the sugar for Splenda, and the pure, unsweetened cocoa should be ok for SBD.
