I haven't tried this recipie as of yet, but it sounds interesting. I have a 2# Ziorushi bread machine, and I am looking for a decent bread. I have tried so many without any success. I am wondering what is the size loaf that this recipie makes? My husband and I are both on the diet, and found that purchasing low-carb bread is getting rather expensive. Bought a bread machine around Christmas time for this reason. Can you please give me any suggestions? Also use fast-acting bread machine yeast bought at wal-mart (Best price and value).

You might want to have a scroll through the Bread and Baked Goods section which is the forum you are in now.

Somebody else will probably be along to help you as I have never used a bread machine so I can't give you any advice. I'm a touchy-feely kind of gal when it comes to cooking and I like to get my hands into things. :)
