hi guys!
Another mega-dumb questions from me:
1) Does anyone know if one can go to a swimming pool if diagnosed with candida? I've read somewhere that when one has candida, he has to avoid chlorine... sounds to me like swimming pool no more! But I may be wrong!
2) My dad has been treating candida for years with no effect and there is no way he will give up bread or chocolate! (we argued about it so many times, I gave up... ) He's trying all herb remedies and other drugs. Do you think there is any way he will get out of it without any diet? I'm worried about him as much as about me... It's quite hard struggling with diets knowing that my dad will pass the candida to me over and over again.
