I am making myself get up and go to the gym 5x a week, monday through friday first thing in the morning before breakfast. I am currently eating 10-12x my weight in calories. How am I supposed to know if I need to up my calories? I am walking on the treadmill at 3.5mph for 30-45 minutes. I am not sure if I will build muscle from no incline on the treadmill so if the scale stops its downward spiral should I increase my calories or not? I am so confused! I would really like my measurements to start changing. No changes in the last 15lbs lost! Go figure! My mother takes my measurements and she used to be a seamstress so I know they are correct! So any suggestions?
