Just bought the Monterey Pasta Co. Carb Smart Spinach Ricotta product at Kroger. For Maintenance only, however quite good! 1 cup =240 cal,11g fat,18g carb, 5g fiber,16g protein. Wish I had an "independent lab" in the basement to test, but ran a quick total of the count vs. calories and came out ok. Curious if anyone has heard anything alarming about it. Does contain soy. Thanks!!
