has anyone tried this? its a new flavor of crystal light called sunrise..it has 0 carbs and 100% vitamin c per serving..its really good.. tastes pretty close to orange juice

I haven't tried it yet, but I love Crystal Light! My favorites are Raspberry Ice and their Iced Tea.

Love your cat Felix I will try the new Crystal Light Flavor thanks.
The diet I am on makes me use Artificial Sugar only if I am having protein with it so that I have no” Insulin spike” which promotes fat .
All of you Guys should start a journal .In the Forum all the action is in the Journals.
This way it is easier to answer and find someone.
