I would love to be able to find an exercise video that teaches you dance routines to songs. I think this would be a great way of exercising. I used to do dance routines when I was a teen, and they were great for keeping me toned and in shape...and it was so much fun. I just want to be able to do the routines at home right now. Does anyone know of any dance videos out there that they like? :agree:

I just read about Dance Dance Revolution for PS2. I think I'll look into that. Sounds like fun!

The only dance videos I've used are the Neena and Veena (http://www.bellytwins.com/) Belly Dance videos.

I've played the aracde version and loved it. I haven't tried the PS2 verions though. I'm thinking about getting it. (A lot less embarrasing in the privacy of my own home, I'm hoping :o )

Paula Abdul also has some dance videos that will work you to death!!

oh, the Paula Abdul videos sound really good too. I like her choreography. I'll have to try to find those also.
