Quick chicken alfredo on cauliflower for one
I came up with this the other day and really enjoyed it
and it was so fast!!
1 chicken breast
1-2 small portions of cauliflower
1TB butter
1TB cream
1/4 alfredo sauce
Take one chicken breast and microwave it in a glass container untill no longer pink. meanwhile boil 1 to 2 small clumps (what ever you call them hehe) untill soft.
Mash cauliflower and add butter and cream to it..salt and pepper if desired. cut up chicken and put on top, cover with alfredo sauce and microwave 30 seconds. enjoy!!
