I am really feeling awful from the die off effects from the candida. I have no energy at all, i'm dizzy and i have a killer headache. DO you think its best to hold off of exercising for a week or two till your body isnt under so much stress? I've been adding the sauna this past week and hot baths with epsoms salts to help with the toxin overload. But really, I swear i can barely make it through the day being so tired.

I think that you should definitely cut back on any heavy exercise. However, a brisk walk would be fine. Also stretching exercises are great for getting the toxins out of your body.

You poor thing! I've been there and recall it vividly.

Just take a short walk or do something that makes you sweat in a short period of time if you have the wind to do it (like the epsom bath, it will help get the toxins out of your body). Otherwise, take it easy and know that in a few weeks or months you will see this time as a distant memory :)
