Hello everyone I'm new here and I've been reading alot about the candida diet and was wondering if anyone knows if green tea (decafenated) is okay while on this diet if one uses stevia and lemon. Any response would would be great
Thanks

I think as long as it is decaffeinated, you will get lots of benefits from drinking it with stevia and a little lemon. I think you need to be easy on lemon because the citrus fruits can be a problem (feeds the fungus). I know, I know...what doesn't? :)
I use lemon now without any problem but there was a time when I could feel the reaction of even lemon. Oranges are of course the WORST offenders and should be avoided at all costs! :)
