Made this the other night... I know there are similar versions of this floating around... however, mine took almost prep time.

2 chicken breasts
Olive Oil
Chopped Garlic

2 small crowns or 1 large head of broccoli
1 jar of Ragu's Low Carb alfredo sauce
Shredded Cheese (Italian Blend -- Mozzarella, Asiago, etc.)
Grated Parmesan

1) Slice raw chicken. Add to heated olive oil that's been sauteeing with garlic. Sautee chicken in oil until 75% cooked...

2) Wash broccoli and cut off florets. Put florets into oven-safe cassarole or pie pan. Add chicken. Mix together.

3) Cover broccoli and chicken with alfredo sauce so all is covered (doesn't have to swim in it... just needs to be well-coated.)

4) Sprinkle with cheeses to create a topcoat.

5) Bake in oven for 15-20 minutes at 400 degrees.
