Here Is My Recipes For Pizza Crust.
1 Cup Wheat Gluten
1/4 Cup Oat Flour
1/3 Cup Grated Parmesean Cheese.
1 Tablespoon Italian Seasoning
1 Packet Of Yeast
1 Cup Hot Water.
Mix All Together And Let Rise 10 Minutes
Here Is The Hard Part Roll Strech Out The Crust On A Pan And Make As Thin As Possible. Poke Holes In Crust With Fork, Pre Bake 10-12 Minutes.
Then Add Your Sauce. I Found That Walmart Pizza Sauce Is 4 Carbs
Cheese And What Ever. Bake Till Done.
I Haven't Done The Work Up On Carbs For The Reciepe But I Believe About 4 Carbs Per Slice Would Cover The Crust Carbs.
