This whole recipe has about 17 carbs but it makes quite a few little tortilla chips. If you can limit yourself to just a few it's a great treat to cure the craving for something crunchy. They are also good topped with cheese, melted in the microwave. They hold their crunch quite well.

3/4 cup Sesame seeds, raw (approx 12 net carbs)
1/8 cup Parmesan cheese (approx .3 carbs)
1 1/2 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded (approx 4 carbs)
1/8 cup water
1 teaspoon chili powder
Club House Roasted Red Pepper & Garlic seasoning

Preheat oven to 325 deg F.

Grind sunflower seeds in food processor. Add parmesan, cheddar, water & chili powder. Mix until it forms a ball. Spread on light coloured, non-stick cookie sheet. Flatten nice & thin. Score lightly so you can break apart later. Sprinkle with red pepper & garlic seasoning.

Bake for 23-25 minutes. Transfer to plate to cool. Break apart & enjoy.

Just wondering if it's sesame seeds or sunflower seeds. Ingedients list sesame, how to do it lists sunflower seeds. Thanks.
