Petey-Don't give up on Uncle Sam!!! A store locator can be found here

http://www.usmillsinc.com

I did one for NJ and there are many stores.

I am not sure about this but I am pretty sure that Total falls into the no-no area of enriched white flour. It is highly processed and enriched for sure. Uncle Sam's is different in that it is whole grain. The wheat comes in small intact grain flakes and the flaxseed is whole.
It is also very tasty!!!!!

thanks DCBrowne,

I found it in a health food store yesterday called "the Health Shoppe" in morristown NJ.

I had a bowl this morning with some sliced strawberries and skim milk.
quite tasty.

i must admit, going 8 months without sugar or fruit on the atkins diet makes the simplest fruit taste like a piece of sweet candy. LOL
