It was WONDERFUL !!!!!
I actually liked it better than crusted pizza!
Even my 3 teenage boys loved it.....
I told my wife, Pam (who's lost 30 pounds since November!) to fix that once a week!!!
Thanks, Donald for you recipe.

I'm assuming that with all the heavy cream, there's no way this is in the Phase 1 plan.
I'd like to try this on phase 2 though...9 more days!!!

I don't think this would work with the SBD, sounds more like an Atkins meal to me. Maybe I am not getting the SBD thing. I thought it was more low-fat than Atkins and heavy cream is NOT low fat.

went to this site and see several recipes that I think would fit in with the SBD... careful of those with too much cream , meats and whole eggs.... but others...http://www.camacdonald.com/lc/index.html

You're right, this recipe is definitely NOT low-fat.......but after you've been on this diet for 3 months, you're looking for a variety. Remember, boredome is the enemy!
