I think it was related to my hormone levels, but I simply gave in to pizza and sweet cravings. Im back on board today, but wondering if I should go back to Phase 1.

Are you finding that you're craving bread and candy? Otherwise, I'd say just be really really careful for the next few days and then continue as you were on Phase 2. A whole two weeks would seem like a lot to put yourself through for one slip. If you're really craving this stuff, then maybe it would be good to put yourself into Phase 1 for a little bit.

And don't beat yourself up over it! This stuff happens to everyone!
