2 cups grated Zucchini (2.2)
2 tbsp grated Onions (1.5)
4 large eggs, beaten (2.4)
1/2 Tbsp Garlic pepper
Cooked shrimp
(I use the medium sized ones and leave them whole but I also use a lot of shrimp so this option can be suited to taste!)
Sauce:
1 Tbsp. Splenda (1.6)
1 tsp. vinegar
2 1/2 tbsp Kikoman soy sauce (1)
1/2 c water
1 tsp white cooking wine (0.5)
Mix all ingredients in a bowl, drop heaping spoonfuls into hot oil and fry until golden brown and crispy around the edges, top with warmed sauce before serving!
* this sauce is very thin, for a thicker sauce you can add any thickening agent of your choice!
This dish is wonderful with faux-fried rice!
Net Carbs: 9.2 in entire dish!
