I asked this in another thread, but would like to know before going to the store this weekend-- does anyone find the little $5.+ food guide helpful and worthy of a purchase?

why not! It would be handy to carry around when grocery shopping or when I'm not by my 'puter. I was thinking of picking up one myself.

The answer is YES! It is very helpful to have and not too expensive...about 7 or 8. However, the only thing is that there are even more products out there that are ok than even all mentioned in the book, thanks to the LC revolution getting started. You just need to use them at your disgretion being mindful of hydrogenated fats and high sat fats. It all takes time at the store but I'm happy not to have so much to pawn off on someone else...LOL

PS.There is also a guide to what you can have in each phase which is a help to have along in your purse.
