I am so happy I stumbled across this board. I have been doing WW for the past 9 weeks. I lost about 8 lbs then gained back 6 over the holidays. I am not the type of person who can have one chocolate and then stop, I needed something that would help me with my sweet cravings. So here I am, I am on day 2 of SB.
I feel pretty good, but I sure do miss snacking in the evening. I have a few questions, like tonight I cheated with one glass of red wine. Is that ok?
And what do you all snack on? I know that induction is the hardest time, but I feel lost. Maybe we can all share a run down of an average day.
For me today I had
Scrambled egg whites with low fat cheese and 2 cups of Decaf (black)
snacked on some celery with low fat ranch dressing
for lunch I had a salad with a chicken breast and 1/2 cup of cottage cheese
snacked on a cheese string
supper was lean beef, cauliflower blended with light sour cream and 1/2 spaghetti sqaush.
tonight I snacked on another cheese string, and finished off the cauliflower from dinner, added in some salsa
and my glass of red wine. o and I had 2 suger free candies
