I had lunch at Shapiro's deli today and discovered they have fresh baked low carb bread. I didn't buy any, but I had a slice with my lunch and it was delish. The loaf itself is $5.99. Kinda pricey, but it's a pretty large loaf. I don't know what the nutrional counts are because there's no label on it and the counter people were too busy for me to ask them.
Oh, and on a funny note....I saw a flyer for Quizno's saying they could low carb any sandwich into a salad. Except the flyer said: ATTENTION LOW CRAB EATERS! hehe
