Does anyone know of any lower carb Worchestershire sauce available in Australia?
I'm currently using "Newmans" brand and it has 14g carbs per 100mls. Always looking for a lower carb count on everything!! :agree:

Appreciate some help.

Hi Cheley,

I don't know of any specifically LC ones, but from what I see on the Diet Club site, Four Seasons seems to be the lowest in carbs, with 1.9g per tablespoon, as opposed to 4.3 for a tbsp of the Newman's.

Four Seasons hey....cant say I have seen that brand anywhere on my travels yet, but I will keep an eye out. Thanks again.

I use Lea and Perrins 1.1 for a teaspoon.
it is available at all supermarkets.
I have not seen the other brand mentioned either will keep a look out for it.
