Does anyone have a low carb product that they love and are so glad that it is low carb. A product that is delicious or that you buy all the time? Just curious... I find that I buy the lc mint patties by russell stovers often.

I love LC cheesecake, but I make my own. It is the only dessert that I really like and it doesn't stall me whatsoever even if I have multiple pieces in one day. It saves me from going to Krispy Kreme!
Also, LC Nature's Own bread is a staple just b/c it is so versatile.
BTW, those SF mint patties are freakin awesome.

Oh yeah, I love bagels and cream cheese. Low Carb Emporium makes the best bagels (about 3.5 carbs per bagel). My favorite is pumpernickle toasted with butter, cream cheese, smoked salmon, and thinly sliced garden tomato with a light dusting of black pepper. These bagels have really made my year.

The Chefs Flour Blend is my favorite lc product. You can mix it with almond flour to make baked goods and get the most amazing results.
It takes about 10 days after you place your order for them to ship but it is so worth the wait.

BettyR, about how many cups do you get in a package? Looks like a one-pound package is $5.59, which is a bit steep if it's as dense as flour.

Oh, never mind. I see now that it's four cups to a pound.

Yes, it's expensive but you don't use it straight, you mix it with your almond flour in place of soy or whey protein in baked goods. By comparison I think it's cheaper than the proteins.
It has more carbs than the proteins but the baked goods that you make taste more like the real thing.
The last time I ordered I got 4 pounds and it lasted me 2 months. I'm cooking for 6 people.

Could you share your LC cheesecake recipe?

Hey Skinny Jim: Do you have a link to the Low Carb Emporium or do you buy them at a store. I am on the East Coast... only found bagels with like 9 carbs in the whole thing! Would love to find a low carb (3.5) bagel!
