Oh I'm soooo happy to be starting Phase 2. I haven't had a cocktail or glass of wine for 2 weeks!!!! I'm ready for a nice glass of red wine with dinner!
Going to slowly introduce oatmeal, once or twice per week and have 1/2 apple or some berries daily.
Maybe get some nice whole wheat/grain bread and have a slice per day.
From what I understand-glycemic index is the key...

congrats on making it through phase 1! Are your stats accurate? Good luck reintroducing good carbs.

Thanks! Yes stats are accurate. I don't weigh in till tomorrow. Historically, I'm a really slow looser!
I'm pear shaped and very muscular in my glutes, quads and hamstrings.
Haven't lost a whole lot yet but my jeans feel looser. I work out every am with the slim in 6 tapes and this week have introduced the pm workout with cardio and resistance training. KILLER!
