I finally found la tortilla low carb tortillas at my local Randall's!!! I made pizzas for lunch. 1 tortilla, a little tomato sauce, pepperoni and cheese.
SOOOO GOOD! It made me think to myself- this WOE is so easy.
I love it.

I cut one up last night and place it in the deap fryer to make chips. I took them out when they were nice and crispy layed them out on a plate and toped with taco meat lots of cheese sour cream and low carb salsa. They were to die for.

i tried to bake them once or twice... did not taste as good as i would have wanted them to (too fiber tasting)--- and i am not too sure if anyone was aware or not but buying direct from la tortilla is pretty cheap depending on how many u get at a time!
