I was at Albertsons and they have a whole new shelf of LC products.

Low Carb Skippy - It's splenda sweetened and still loaded with hydroginated oils

0 Carb Salad Dressing - For thos who miss miricle whip and don't want regular mayo. Modified food starch is one of first ingredients though.

Low carb italian salad dressing

Low Carb saucces such as marinara, alfredo, and cheese

They had quite a few other things liek a new brand of Lc sxteak sauce and so on. For now I am still sticking to my nice whole foods, at least for those products. While the skippy may have about 10 less calories and 2 less carbs then my adams, I like the fact Adams lists peanuts and peanut oil as only ingredients.

I think its great that supermarkets are making room for LC products...separate from normal foods. My Shoprite is following the trend...recently started offering Atkins and Carbsense products....from bakery items to ice cream. Its a pleasure to food shop once again!
