Hi..I`ve just started CKD..I`m quite excited about this weekend carb up..I`m just wondering if it is a careful low fat carb up or a freekin free for all!! Do I have to watch my calories..as well as fat grams? I`m female 37 and 180 pounds..I watch my calories..and keep the carbs under 20 during the week..and do the treadmill plus weight training..and drink 4 to 5 litres of water a day..*blub*
plus suplements..I started at 185..and lost 5 this week!..yipee..But Im as worried about the carb up as I`m rarin to go! Any advice..:D

Glad you liked are page. With my experience, it didn't matter what I ate on the weekends but I did not go ABSOLUTELY crazy!! Keep us posted on how your progress is going... I'm off the CKD right now but very interested in learning about your progress. Wishing you well......
