If you do have splenda in your induction phase will it slow down or stop weight or just make you crave the sweet stuff more?
I am on the 10th day of induction and I have lost 12 lbs

Congratulations on the weight loss! It varies per person. Obviously what you are doing is working for you, so IMO I wouldn't change a thing. Most people allow themselves 1 or 2 servings of splenda per day while on induction. I personally never really use the stuff. Maybe once a month I will buy some bread and make cinnamon toast with splenda and cinnamon.

Hi there, Yes indeed congratulations on your weight loss! Splenda itself will not cause a stall. I read somewhere that because it is 600 times sweeter than sugar that actually only a small amount of the packet is actually Splenda, and the rest is there to add bulk so that it measures about like sugar. The other stuff does have some tiny carb content.
As far as the cravings, I couldn't say. I have cravings for sweets, but I satisfy them with Splenda-sweetened goodies that I make for myself. That way it doesn't much matter!
