This is the best diet that anyone can follow. Starting March 5, 2003 till this date of Jan. 12 2004 I have lost 40 lbs and kept it off just be following my low carb diet and excercise at least three times a week. You have to be dedicated to yourself and be honest that you really want to lose it. When someone says that they can't help themselfs from eating that might be true but eat the right foods and don't let me hear you need to eat a donut. If you are weak and make a excuse why you must eat something that is wrong for you then you are just fooling yourself. Live to eat in moderation don't live to eat out of weakness.
