I was wondering if anyone knows the carb count for psyllium husk. I use it for fibre and also make crackers from it but have never come across its carb count.:confused:

I have the Purely Bulk brand husks and the nutritional info is as follows:

per 1 teaspoon 1.0 cal; protein 0.1g; fat 0.0 g; carbs 1.6 g; fibre 1.5 g
