This is my second go around at Atkins, and I am determined that I will not quit or give up till I reach my goal!!!

The first time I quit Atkins was because I suffered horrible, horrible constipation. This time, I bought some Fibercon and it is working wonderfully- but then I just read a thread about Psyllum Husks or something and I am wondering if Fibercon is okay. I just finished my first week of induction and the fibercon is working great and I FEEL great and I am using alot of the recipes in the forum......but now I am worried about the Fibercon.

Does anyone know if it is okay to be taking it?? Thank you so much...

How many carbs are in it? There shouldnt be a problem taking it , I used to take the Benefiber powder and it had a few carbs per dose. I just wouldnt want to waste several carbs a day on a fiber supplement.:)

just make sure you use the sugar-free. You can get a walmart brand canister for alot less and it is the exact same thing. Atkins suggests taking a fiber suppliment if you are having problems with constipation.
