I've been reading the posts under genearl health trying to find some answers to the recent bout of leg cramps I've been experiencing. This is my first week LCing and they've come as quite a shock (I have always been VERY active, cycling, cross training etc, and never suffer from leg cramps).
As a general precaution I started taking a multi-vitamin and calcium a few days after I began LCing. Unfortunately I chose calcium carbonate (from crushed oysters) with vitamin D. From what I've read on here today, I am now wodering, should I toss the calcarb and get a calcium/magnesium supplement? I am also taking (as of 1 hour ago) potassium (300mg). Also, re the NoSalt, is it available in Canada?
Any advice would be welcome.
Thanks,
Nat
