From what I understand it includes....ALL ephedra...even the Ma Huang tea....

Hope so. It has been illegal in Canada since last year.

Is it really a good thing for the state to interfere in people's choices. I think Canada suffers from the 'nanny state' syndrome like here in Britain. There has been talk of making smoking illegal here.
