Found these today in my local supermarket...there is 10 to a package and of course crepes look to be very thin..:

calories 30
fat 0.5 g
chlorestoral 5 mg
Sodium 55 mg
Total Carb 6 g
Fiber 0 g
Sugars 3 g
Protien 1 g

I entered this info in to our trusty hidden carb calculator and the figure of an actual carb count came up as 5.53957g per crepe.
