Hello waggleb4. The Middle of the night hunger IS probably carbs calling to more carbs. How about preparing for that hunger by having some LC foods ready to eat. SF Jello with heavy cream - whip some & leave in frig. LC treats from the Recipe section - there are lots of ideas.

On the other hand, are you eating enough calories at your meals and snacks during the day?

It seems that we never do get the same results from Induction as we did the first time. So forget about that possibility and consider yourself to be on Ongoing Weight Loss.

Sounds as though you are doing lots of exercise so you may be trading fat weight for muscle weight. That would show up in how your clothes fit but possibly NOT on the scale. Which is why it's important to measure yourslef and not rely only on the scale.

The exercise may also mean that you should be eating MORE carbs than the 20 of Induction Level. There are a few threads around right now about how many people lose better at a higher carb level. Check out the BFL or Exercise forum to see how those exercisers eat.

Even if you aren't losing as many pounds as fast as you want, you ARE eating the way that will improve your health, so keep it up. The Whoosh Fairy is always near.
