Hi, I have been having this green drink called 'Greens Plus'. I believe that it has helped me with my sugar addiction. I think if you give your body the balance and nutrients that it needs, the addictions lessen,. I believe this to be true with alcohol also. I think in other circumstances I could also be addicted to alcohol. I have the green drink twice a day now, double what it says on the label. Once in the morning on an empty stomach, and then in the afternoon around 3 or 4 when that low hits. It seems to really help with the cravings. I also did a mini cleanse , and was having it 3x a day in the second week. Not eating to much food , just green soups and salads. I did this for 4 days. I felt alot better. I will do that again if I think my body needs another clean out. It has been about a month now , and I still am feeling much better. This is a prayer answered.

The Green drink started in Canada by a man named 'Sam Graci'. He believes that we should all eat more green veg. and salads and the drink is just a concentrated version of those things. I have a list of ingredients in the one I drink in the General Health Section of this forum. It is under the 'PH Miracle' section. I read a book called the 'PH Miracle' and found it to be very interesting. Alot of people disagree with its content, but I think it is good to read alot of different opinions and then take what information suits your best interests. Nothing is going to be 100%, but the more knowledge we have , the better off we are. Hope this helps. There are lots of concentrated green drinks on the market now.
Bye for now. Karen L. :read:

Green tea one of those?
And I love the sauce too! I just started Atkins yesterday and this is going to be a long 2 weeks!!
However, I tried the Atkins diet a few years ago and still had a little lite beer and still lost pounds!! WHAT!! I guess it was because I was brand new to the low carb thing and almost not carbs as far as food goes made by body jump!!! :yay:
