Well, just found No Sugar Added Mr. Freeze Pops, sweetened with Splenda, at WalMart (Ontario) a case of 99 pops, 20 ml each for $3.28. Grape/lemon/raspberry/cherry flavours
Each pop is 6 calories, Og prot., 0g fat, 1.4g total carbs (of which 1.3g is sorbitol). So, for those who do not count the sorbitol, then it's basically zero carbs.
Just thought y'all would like to know .... especially if you're looking for sugar-free treats for the kids, that aren't made with aspartame. Just beware the laxative effect of sorbitol is highest of all the sugar alcohols. I believe the dose limit is 15g for ADULTS, lower for children. Sorbitol is used to keep the texture of the pops smooth, and to prevent hard ice crystals from forming.
