I am new to this forum. I have been "low carbing" for about 1-1/2 weeks. I am low carbing due mainly to health reasons.

I have a severe candida overgrowth and hypothyroid and cannot eat carbs, cheese, sugar, caffeine, etc. (the list goes on and on). This is very hard.

Since starting lo-carb, I do feel better and have lost a couple pounds, which I could never do before.

Have not had much time to browse all the messages because I have 2 kids and a part-time job, but what I have read has been helpful.
