I caught part of a discussion on the Today Show (11-29) about a book which I cannot find. I thought the title was Ultra Prevention and it sounded like many of Dr. Atkins principles. I cannot find it on Amazon. I didn't catch the authors names but both were doctors and their first names were both Mark. Is anyone familiar with this book?

Looks kind of interesting. Anybody who thinks that Americans take too many drugs and that doctors are tools of Big Pharma interests me.

bought it, am reading it and it's a real eye opener. Is a great read. Touches a lot on insulin resistance.
