I followed the instructions I found on this forum (thanks heaps) and managed to post my photo in my journal. I used the MSN photo's site, but the trouble is that now the photo is too small to see. I know that other's photos are bigger than thumbnail size. Any suggestions, (sorry I don't have, and can't afford photo shop).

You can manipulate any photo, picture, jpg of gif by going to this site: http://www.myimager.com/
You upload any file from your computer and then change it as you like and download it again. (Very simple - even I did it the first time. :lol:)

The biggest avatar size is 100 x 100. So make one side of the photo 100 and the other one will be adjusted.

Thanks Tofi, well I didn't do it first time, try about 10th. I had to shrink it on the msn site before the web site you recommended would take it. Its working now though, thanks for your help, I really appreciate it.
