Protein Power Pals--Wed, Nov. 19

Morning! Just wanted to check in and say hello. After two days of eating cleanly at 1300 calories and 60+ grams carbs (and no going out to eat), I woke up at an all new low of 150.5 lbs! Today is my weekly protein day. At the end of this week I will be transitioning to my last level of metabolic adjustment, hopefully 1450 calories and 65-70g carbs. I don't even know if I can eat that much food, but I feel like it is important before I go back to intentionally trying to lose again after Thanksgiving. Hope you are all doing well and I will try to catch up later. Have a great day:)

I also when to Lil's site and wrote you a novel in response to the PM. The size limits in the PM system here is the only thing I don't like about this site. Everything else is far superior to where we came from IMO

Rob is helping me figure out what to tell the docs about what I want in the way of liquid nutrition - which I won't be able to taste BTW, so if you know of something that is nutritious, but taste yucky - that would be OK. This stuff will be going directly to my stomach to let my esophagus (the part that carries food from your throat to your stomach) rest and heal after the surgery.

Re: when on surgery - they are looking at very early Friday morning right now, but haven't confirmed this. My son will be letting y'all know how I'm doing while I'm off-line so you won't be totally in the dark.
